FOP Senior Citizens Inc is a 501C4 organization founded in 1968 for the purpose of designing and construction of a 6 story, 106 unit apartment building for independent seniors aged 62 and older.  The project was funded by the federal government through financing provided by US Housing and Urban Development – HUD, for partially subsidized housing for our residents, primarily then for retired police officers, spouses and widows.
