We Are A Senior Affordable Housing Community

FOP Senior Citizens is governed by a nine (9) member Board of Directors who are not compensated, and are required to be active or retired members in good standing of the Michael Lutz Lodge #5, Philadelphia Fraternal Order of Police.

The board members serve a three (3) year terms and there are annual elections to the board, each December.  The board leadership consists of President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary.

With the long-term agreement with Pennrose in place, FOP Senior Citizens Inc, maintains a minority ownership role and as such continues to consult with Pennrose and support our residents.
